How ADHD Support Works at Equal Psychology
Some clients use ADHD medication and some do not. Our role is not to adjust medication. We help you understand how context, sleep, stress, and task design affect how well strategies and medication work. We can coordinate with your psychiatrist or GP with your consent.
Session approach
Structured and collaborative
Practical between-session tools
Small experiments week to week

Related supports
ADHD often overlaps with anxiety, low mood, burnout, and poor self-esteem. These can be addressed alongside attention patterns.
Pace and length
With a GP mental health care plan, we start with 6 sessions.
We review progress, then request more sessions if needed.
Some people come for a short block. Some continue longer. It depends on your goals.
Areas we often help with
ADHD patterns
Claiming control over your thoughts
Completing boring tasks
Stress and burnout
Finding a routine that respects your brain
Understanding what impacts the effectiveness of medication
Assessment or screening for ADHD
We offer structured ADHD screening and clinical assessment for adults who want clarity about their attention and regulation patterns before committing to a full psychiatric assessment. Screening does not provide a formal diagnosis or medication advice.
