About this booking Equal Psychology offers three furnished consulting rooms in Kew for hire by registered allied health practitioners — psychologists, counsellors, social workers, OTs, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and similar. Two rooms are fully furnished for talking-therapy work; one is partially furnished for body-based practitioners who bring their own table. Approval required for first-time hirers This booking is a request, not a confirmation. We will review your details and come back, usually within two business days. To be approved, you will need to provide: • Your professional registration or accreditation number (AHPRA, ACA, PACFA, AASW, etc.) • A current Working With Children Check (required regardless of client age) • A certificate of currency for professional indemnity insurance (minimum A$2 million per claim) and public liability insurance • ABN if you bill under one Once approved, you become a member and can book any of our rooms directly through your members area, without re-requesting each time. Hours and out-of-hours arrangements Standard hours: Mon–Fri 8am–7pm, Sat 8am–4pm. Closed Sundays. Contracted renters can negotiate out-of-hours access; this requires a refundable deposit for an entry fob. Hire terms This is a licence to occupy a room for clinical consultations only — not a lease, sublet, or shared workspace. You may not use our practice name, logo, or address on your own advertising or directory listings without our written consent. Your client records, billing, and clinical notes remain entirely with you. Nothing is stored on our network or premises. Pricing and payment Rates start at A$35 per hour and reduce with longer blocks, down to A$140 for a 9-hour full day. Rates exclude GST, which is added at checkout. We issue a tax invoice. Casual hire is paid upfront at the time of booking. Contracted renters are billed monthly, due by the 15th of the following month. Cancellations • 48 hours or more notice: no charge • Less than 48 hours: 50% of the session fee • No-show: 100% of the session fee Room use Keep to your booked time. Leave the room as you found it — furniture reset, lights off, door secured. No smoking, vaping, or candles anywhere in the suite. The shared waiting area, kitchenette, and printer are available to you and your clients. Accessible toilets are available on Level 3. By booking, you agree to these terms and to sign our full Room Hire Agreement before your first session.
