We provide structured, collaborative therapy for adults and older adults. Sessions focus on understanding patterns, reducing stress load, and testing practical strategies that fit daily life.

Confidential, unless we are concerned for your safety

We often work alongside GPs and psychiatrists
Updates are provided on your progress
Therapy focuses on skills and patterns, not medication decisions
