Therapy here is collaborative and practical. We focus on understanding your patterns, testing small changes, and reviewing what works.
First steps
We start with a 15 minute meet and greet or a first appointment.
We clarify your goals and current pressures.
We map the main patterns that keep problems going.
What sessions look like
Sessions are structured and focused.
We look at recent situations, not just history.
We link thoughts, body responses, habits, and context.
You leave with one or two small experiments to try.
Between session work
Change happens between sessions, not just in the room.
We use simple tools and trackers when useful.
We adjust based on what you learn each week.
Pace and length
With a GP mental health care plan, we start with 6 sessions.
We review progress, then request more sessions if needed.
Some people come for a short block. Some continue longer. It depends on your goals.
