Consulting Room 2
1.7m × 2.4m, fully furnished. Bright natural light with adjustable blinds, swivel chairs, desk with drawer, and well-placed power points. Suited to one-on-one therapy and assessment.
Consulting Room 3
1.7m × 3.5m, fully furnished. Bright natural light with adjustable blinds, comfortable sofa, and open floor space. Suited to talking therapy, work with children, breathwork, and mat-based work. Yoga mat, meditation cushion, and blanket available.
Consulting Room 4
3.5m × 1.5m, partially furnished. Long narrow room with a movable bookshelf. Suited to body-based practitioners (physiotherapy, remedial massage, osteopathy, occupational therapy) or assessment work with desk and two chairs.
Pricing
The same rates apply to all three rooms. Prices below are exclusive of GST.

What is included
Fully furnished consulting rooms, wifi, secure access, shared waiting area, kitchenette, LGBTQIA+ safe-space (Welcome Here Project member), close to public transport, and shared printing facilities.
Location
Suite 413, 89-93 High Street, Kew VIC 3101. Inner east Melbourne. Close to Kew Junction, with trams 48 and 109 and several bus routes nearby. Building access via lift; accessible toilets on Level 3.
Hours
Room rental access: Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm, Sunday closed.
Who can rent
Rooms are available to registered allied health practitioners including psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, mental health social workers, accredited counsellors, dietitians, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and massage therapists. Before your first booking, we ask for your contact details, profession, registration or accreditation number, a current Working With Children Check, and a current certificate of currency for your professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
