Sleep

Plain-language answers, longer reads, and worksheets you can take to a session. Written for adults trying to make sense of what is happening with their sleep.

About this topic

Sleep trouble is rarely just one thing. It can be a mind that will not switch off at night, a 3am waking that turns into hours, eight hours in bed that still leave you flat, or a body clock that runs late and never quite matches the morning. For some people it arrived with a particular season of stress; for others it has been the pattern for as long as they can remember.

The pages below are written for people trying to make sense of what is happening with their sleep. They are general information, not a clinical assessment. If you would like to talk to one of us, you can start with a Meet and Greet.
